Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days except for custom-made orders and orders with personalization which requires more time depending on the product. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We offer delivery all over India. Shipping costs are calculated based on the cumulative weight of the entire order and vary depending on the number and types of leather goods purchased. 

You will receive a confirmation email and the tracking when your order has been shipped.

• We shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of purchased products caused by flood, fire, war, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.
• If a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake at the customer's end (e.g. wrong name, address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be the responsibility of the customer. The customer must agree to provide authentic information to avoid any delay or loss of merchandise. We reserve the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point in time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), we have the right in our sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and/or other affiliated websites without any prior intimation.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
